Purchase, renewal, and upgrade of a plan

To purchase a plan:

1. Go to the Shop section, select the appropriate plan, and click “Buy Now.”
   
2. Fill in the buyer’s details.
   
3. Specify the payment country so the system can suggest the most suitable payment method.
   
4. Choose a payment method:
   

• PayPal (instructions) — automatic activation;
  
• Money transfer (process description) — manual activation after payment confirmation.

If the money transfer payment method is selected, you must also attach a payment receipt.

Discount coupons are available only during promotional periods.

After entering a coupon, the plan price is recalculated automatically.

When paying through PayPal, the purchase is activated immediately.

When paying via money transfer, activation occurs after the payment is received:

• During daytime business hours, activation usually takes 5–15 minutes.
  
• If the payment was made at night, the purchase will be activated in the morning.
  
• In rare cases, payment processing delays may occur due to the banking system.
  
• In some cases, the money may be returned to the buyer, usually due to incorrect recipient details.

If activation has not occurred within 24 hours, please contact us.

Renewing a plan adds 365 days of access to the current remaining period.

To renew your plan, log in to the website, go to the Plans section, select your plan, and click the “Renew” button.

For archived lifetime plans, the following discounts apply:

50% — if the plan is still active;

20% — if the plan has expired.

Important:

If less than 24 hours remain before the lifetime plan expires, the discount becomes 20%. To receive the 50% discount, please renew your plan in advance.

Upgrading a plan allows you to increase the number of workstations.

To upgrade your current plan, log in to the website, go to the Plans section, select the plan you want to switch to, and click the “Upgrade current plan” button under it.

You only pay the price difference between the plans.

Important:

Upgrading a plan does not add additional access days. It only increases the number of workstations.
