Access duration
When purchasing any paid plan, the user receives access to files, updates, and technical support for a period of 365 days.
This period is counted from the moment the purchase is completed.
Features available with an active plan
During the validity period of the plan, the user has the right to:
- download EasyKitchen installation files;
- download updated libraries and add-ons;
- contact technical support;
- manage devices linked to the license key.
What happens after access expires
After the access period expires:
- EasyKitchen operation is suspended;
- downloading files from the website becomes unavailable;
- technical support is discontinued;
- the license key is no longer displayed in the user account;
- management of devices linked to the key becomes unavailable.
For archived lifetime plans, the program continues to work on the last devices linked to the key, but without access to updates, technical support, or device management.
Responsibility for files
Important:
- Access to files is available only with an active paid plan.
- We do not store the history of files downloaded by users.
- Files on the website are regularly updated and replaced.
- The user is solely responsible for keeping downloaded installation files and archives safe.
- We do not send files by email. Files can only be downloaded from the website.
It is recommended to keep backup copies of the downloaded files.
