How does the payment process work?

Personal information

In the Pricing section, choose the plan that suits you based on the number of workstations and click the “Purchase” button. You will be taken to the payment form. Here you need to fill in your details:

  • Email — enter a valid, active email address. It will be used as your login for signing in to the website, and all notifications will be sent to it.
  • Password — enter a strong password. If you forget it, contact us and we will help restore access.
  • First and last name — required only so we can address you correctly in emails or phone calls.
  • Phone number — it is recommended to provide a valid phone number so we can contact you if email communication is not possible (for example, if an incorrect email address was entered or the user’s mailbox is full and cannot receive messages).
  • How did you hear about EasyKitchen? — this question is for internal statistics only. It helps us understand how users learn about EasyKitchen.
  • Country — specify the country from which you will be making the payment. We have added instructions for countries where there may be difficulties with making payments.

We do not share any of your data with third parties. It is used only for internal statistics and for sending notifications about payment status, new features, and promotions.

Payment methods

After filling in your personal information, choose one of the payment methods:

  • PayPal — a globally recognized payment system available in more than 200 countries. This is an online payment method. The system is integrated into our website, so with this payment option you will get access to the files immediately after payment. Just in case, we have provided instructions on how to pay via PayPal.
  • Money transfer — an offline payment method for cases where PayPal is not available in your country. When choosing this payment method, you will be provided with a list of available options. These include direct card transfers from different countries, cryptocurrency payments (BTC, USDT, TON), as well as transfers via the PaySend system. For each option, the system will provide detailed instructions. After completing the transfer, you will need to attach the payment receipt to the payment form and click the “Buy now” button. From that moment, your profile will be created and set to pending status. As soon as we receive the payment, we will activate your profile and you will be able to start downloading the files. This usually takes no more than 10–15 minutes.

If you make an offline payment at night, your profile will not be activated immediately but in the morning. You will receive an email notification once your profile has been activated. If you do not receive the notification, please check your Spam folder.


In rare cases, activation may take longer. We cannot influence banking operations — sometimes transfers take longer than usual, or due to technical maintenance at the bank, we may not be able to verify the receipt of funds promptly. If you have any questions about the payment or if your profile has not been activated several hours after payment, please be sure to contact us.

Recommendations for certain countries

  • European Union — if you are unable to make a payment via PayPal, choose the “Money transfer → Other countries” payment method through the PaySend system. This guarantees instant receipt of funds to our account.
  • Russian Federation — payment is possible only via MIR card transfer or cryptocurrency.
  • Ukraine — payment is possible only via PayPal or cryptocurrency.
