PRO Plan Pre-Order Terms

1.1. The PRO plan pre-order (the "Pre-Order") lets you purchase the PRO plan for EasyKitchen 6 at a special price before the new version is released.

1.2. In these terms:

"Release" means the date when EasyKitchen version 6.0.0 becomes available for download on redkit.pro.

"DESIGN" and "PRO" mean the EasyKitchen plans described on the Pricing page.

"Workstation" means one license for one workstation under the plan.

1.3. By placing a Pre-Order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2.1. The price of PRO after the Release: $399 for 1 workstation and $200 for each additional workstation, per year.

2.2. When you place a Pre-Order, a $100 discount is applied to the entire order, regardless of the number of workstations.

2.3. The discount is applied once per order and is valid for the first year only. PRO renewals are charged at the price in effect at the time of renewal.

2.4. Prices change on the day of the Release: the pre-order discount ends, and new purchases are made at the prices in clause 2.1. This does not affect Pre-Orders that have already been placed.

2.5. Payment is made in full when the Pre-Order is placed.

3.1. After payment, the Pre-Order has the status "pending". This status is shown in your personal account.

3.2. On the day of the Release, the PRO plan is activated automatically. You will receive an email confirming activation, with the plan's expiration date.

3.3. The PRO term is 365 days from the Release date (plus any additional days under Section 5, if you are entitled to them).

3.4. Until the Release, PRO features and EasyKitchen 6 are not available. The "pending" status does not entitle you to use PRO.

4.1. As EasyKitchen is split into the DESIGN and PRO plans, all current and archived plans are migrated to the DESIGN plan, keeping their term and number of workstations.

4.2. Archived plans are discontinued. After the migration, it will no longer be possible to purchase or renew an archived plan; renewals are made on the DESIGN plan.

4.3. The migration is performed automatically; no action is required from you.

5.1. Until the Release, you continue working under your current plan (DESIGN) on the same terms.

5.2. On the day of the Release, your DESIGN subscription is closed and replaced with PRO. The days remaining on DESIGN on that date are added to the PRO term using this formula:

Additional days = remaining DESIGN days on the Release date × (DESIGN price ÷ PRO Pre-Order price)

5.3. The prices in the formula are the full plan prices (per the price list) for the number of workstations specified in the Pre-Order, not the amount you actually paid. DESIGN costs $119 for 1 workstation and $60 for each additional one. The result is rounded to a whole number of days.

5.4. You may renew DESIGN before the Release: the remaining days will be credited using the same formula.

5.5. If your DESIGN term ends before the Release and you do not renew it, you will not have access to the plugin until the Release. On the day of the Release, your Pre-Order is activated and you continue working in PRO.

6.1. You can place a Pre-Order without an active plan.

6.2. Download access to EasyKitchen 6 and the license become available on the day of the Release.

7.1. The number of workstations is fixed when the Pre-Order is placed. It cannot be changed while the Pre-Order has the status "pending".

7.2. The number of workstations in PRO may differ from the number in DESIGN. The number of workstations in the Pre-Order is used for the calculation under Section 5.

7.3. Additional workstations can be added after PRO is activated, at the price in effect on the date of purchase.

8.1. The Release date has not been set at the time you place a Pre-Order. It may be postponed, and we do not guarantee release by any specific date.

8.2. In any case, the PRO term is counted from the actual Release date.

9.1. Before the Release, you may cancel your Pre-Order by contacting us through the feedback form.

9.2. If we are technically able to refund the payment to your country by the same method you paid with, we will refund the money.

9.3. If a refund is technically impossible, we will offer, instead of a refund, to extend your DESIGN plan by a period corresponding to the amount paid, at the DESIGN price.

9.4. After PRO is activated, no refunds are made, except where required by law.
