Redkit.pro provides technical support services exclusively for Redkit libraries. Support focuses on topics such as installing, configuring, using, and fixing bugs. Technical support is provided throughout the subscription period, which is calculated from the moment the customer’s account is activated.

Technical support hours

Technical support works from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 18:00 (+6 GMT). Please note that the technical support team does not work on weekends and holidays.

During business hours, the response to your request may take from 12 to 24 hours. Please note that depending on the complexity of the problem and loading the technical support team, the response time may be increased.

Before asking a question

Before asking any question, read the documentation for libraries and add-ons. The documentation covers the most important steps required to install and work with libraries and add-ons. Most questions can be answered simply by reading the documentation.

SketchUp tech support

To work with the library, you must have basic SketchUp knowledge. Technical support does not include assistance in mastering SketchUp, setting it up, installing third-party plug-ins and extensions. To do this, there is documentation on SketchUp on the official website of the program.
